The Annual Session will be held at the Hilton Downtown Cleveland located in the heart of the city on the Lake Erie shore. The hotel is minutes away from all the downtown attractions and night life, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which has been reserved for a GLAO private event on Friday, September 16^th for all Annual Session attendees! ANNUAL SESSION INFORMATION

"GLAO GIVES BACK: GIVING SMILES PROJECT

The Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists (GLAO) is teaming up with the Cleveland Ronald McDonald House Charities to bring smiles to the local community with the "GLAO Gives Back: Giving Smiles Project.”

Participants at the 2022 GLAO Annual Session will have an opportunity to assemble gift bags for local children and families at the Cleveland Ronald McDonald House and for their mobile dental van. The gift assembly will take place during the GLAO Annual Session on Friday and Saturday, September 16-17. These kits, consisting of a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, smile socks and a personal note, will then be donated to the Cleveland Ronald McDonald House Charities for distribution within the local community.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are now available at the host hotel, the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. To receive the discounted group rate, make your reservation through the GLAO room block online through our personalized group reservation site or by calling 1-216-413-5000 and reference the group code, GLAO. The group rate for single/double occupancy is $209/night plus tax. These discounted rates will be offered, based upon availability, 3 days before and 3 days after the conference dates. When reserving through the GLAO room block, guests will receive complimentary WiFi in the guestrooms and a 10% discount on valet parking. The discounted group rates have been extended to September 6, 2022 or until the room block is full!
