ENSURING YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY

Your health and safety is our priority and we are prepared to offer a safe environment for Annual Session attendees! The GLAO will follow the State of Indiana and Marion County guidelines and requirements for responsible operations of meetings and events. In partnership with the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis, and in accordance with all current national / state / local restrictions, the GLAO will provide:

Responsible food & beverage service throughout the meeting;
Appropriate spatial distancing to ensure the comfort of attendees;
Hand sanitizer at registration for each attendee and stations positioned throughout the meeting space by the Hyatt;
Masks provided for all attendees; Although masks are not currently required to be worn in the State of Indiana, the GLAO and the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis strongly recommends that all unvaccinated and immunocompromised individuals wear a mask at all times;
All registrants must agree to comply with current safety precautions and/or restrictions at the time of the meeting, and to forgo attending the in-person meeting if they are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19;
The doctors program will be broadcast to allow for virtual program participation.

ANNUAL SESSION INFORMATION

NEW THIS YEAR: "GLAO Gives Back

"The Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists (GLAO) is teaming up with the United Way of Central Indiana to bring smiles to the local community with "GLAO 500: Snacks and a Smile Project."

Participants at the 2021 GLAO Annual Session will have an opportunity to assemble 500 snack kits during the GLAO Annual Session. The assembly will take place during the Friday evening social event, complimentary to all registered participants. These kits, consisting of snacks, a toothbrush and a personal note, will then be donated to the United Way of Central Indiana for distribution within the community.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis will be the host hotel for the 2021 Annual Session.

To receive the discounted group rate, make your reservation through the GLAO room block online through our customized group reservation site or by calling 800-223-1234. Reference the G

LAO Annual Session (G-GL21) to receive the group rate of $199/night plus tax for single/double occupancy. These discounted rates will be offered, based upon availability, 3 days before and 3 days after the conference dates. The discounted group rates are available only until September 21, 2021 or until the room block is full!
